Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Image Editor with expertise in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, with the ability to enhance client images while considering their application on websites. In this role, you will review, edit, and improve the quality of images by adjusting color balance, contrast, and focal points, ensuring they align with the overall web design and enhance the user experience. A solid understanding of graphic design principles and an eye for detail are essential, as the images will be used in high-quality website projects. Key Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance client images using Adobe Lightroom, focusing on:

• Adjusting color balance and contrast.
• Improving focal points and overall image composition.
• Enhancing image clarity and quality while maintaining natural aesthetics.
• Review and analyze client-provided images for quality improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients or team members to understand specific editing requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited images while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a consistent editing style aligned with client and company expectations.
• Apply design knowledge to assess which images are most suitable for website use, ensuring images align with overall web design and user experience.
• Evaluate image composition from a design perspective to ensure images enhance the visual appeal and functionality of the website.
• Work closely with the design team to understand design requirements and select or adjust images that best fit the project’s goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Lightroom and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing tools.

Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of graphic design principles and experience with website design to ensure images align with web aesthetics.

Strong understanding of color theory, contrast adjustment, and image composition.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain high-quality standards and precision in image editing.

Communication Skills: Effective communication to collaborate with clients and team members, ensuring project needs are met.
