Graphic Designer

• Operate effectively as a collaborative member of the Marketing team within the dynamic and stable environment of a 29 -year -old organization.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross -functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  
• Lead and participate in design thinking sessions to generate ideas and insights.
  
• Ensure the timely delivery of high -quality designs for marketing collaterals, contributing to the representation of Ample's revered brand in the market.
  
• Develop engaging EDMs, Landing pages, social media, Microsites, Blogs, Banners, Flyers, Brochures, and outdoor creatives for both online and offline marketing channels.
  
• Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts to the overall creative brief, aligning with Ample's vision for the future.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, representing a brand valued for over two decades.
  
• Prepare final layout print -ready files of artwork, adhering to the highest quality standards.
  
• Uphold the reputation of Ample by delivering designs that meet or exceed industry expectations.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and Premiere Pro or After Effects is must.
  
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and PHP is a bonus.
  
• Knowledge of basic video editing.
  
• Strong knowledge of typography and the manipulation of images.
  
• Proficiency in creating freehand graphics and utilizing basic design elements.
