We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling designs. This role requires expertise in visualising concepts and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, along with the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Develop print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling creatives through effective visualising techniques.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while enhancing overall visual identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage timelines efficiently.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop to produce high-quality visuals.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs quickly to meet project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory; knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
• Strong visualising skills with the ability to conceptualise ideas and convert them into impactful designs.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual balance.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to understand and execute design briefs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies or startups.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is an added advantage.
