We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can bring brands to life through compelling visual communication, packaging design, and marketing creatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and thrives on creating impactful designs that strengthen brand identity and customer engagement. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to develop social media content, product packaging, promotional materials, and visual assets that support multiple growing brands. In addition to graphic design, you will contribute to basic video editing projects, helping create engaging reels, product videos, and marketing content. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, posters, brochures, and branding materials.
• Create visually appealing packaging designs that align with product positioning and brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing assets for online and offline campaigns across multiple brands.
• Edit and create short-form video content, including reels, promotional videos, and product showcases.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and communication channels.
• Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful visual designs.
• Manage design projects from concept development to final production.
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, formats, and audience segments.
• Support branding initiatives and product launches with innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative technologies to continuously improve output quality.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication roles.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics support.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity development.
• Experience in packaging design and product-focused branding is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with leadership and taking ownership of creative execution.
• Exposure to startup environments, manufacturing brands, B2B businesses, or product-based companies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Figma, AI-powered design tools, or basic UI/UX concepts is a plus.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of emerging brands through creative excellence.
