 Key
Responsibilities:

• Design
  high -quality creatives for digital & print media (social media,
  ads, banners, brochures, etc.)
  
• Develop
  engaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
  
• Collaborate
  with marketing and content teams to create impactful campaigns
  
• Conceptualize
  and execute creative ideas for promotions and branding initiatives
  
• Ensure
  consistency in design across all platforms and communication channels
  
• Stay
  updated with the latest design trends and tools
  

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in Advertising / NBFC / Financial Services industry
  
• Strong
  portfolio showcasing creative design work
  
• Proficiency
  in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
  
• Good
  understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layouts
  
• Creative
  mindset with attention to detail
  
• Ability
  to work in a fast -paced environment and meet deadlines
