Primary Responsibilities
⢠Design impactful creatives across social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, events, and marketing collateral.
⢠Translate concepts and briefs into visually compelling stories that align with business and brand objectives.
⢠Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to develop innovative campaign ideas and creative assets.
⢠Own and maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint.
⢠Leverage AI-powered design and creative tools to improve ideation, productivity, and creative output.
⢠Stay ahead of design trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies shaping the creative industry.
⢠Manage multiple projects with speed, precision, and attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
⢠Have worked with B2B, technology, SaaS, or digital-first brands.
⢠Can create basic motion graphics, animations, or video edits.
⢠Are naturally curious about how AI is transforming design, content, and creative workflows.
Total Years if exp - 2 to 4 years
Mandatory Skills:
⢠Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
⢠Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
⢠Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative concepts and campaigns.
⢠Well versed with PPT designing.
⢠Should know how to handle camera.
⢠Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
