· Focus on creative graphic design, graphic quality and final art work

· Effectively articulate brand positioning through graphic design.

· Creates and maintains consistency on all designs.

· Should prioritize multiple tasks and manage time appropriately.

· Ability to adjust and work well with complex projects assigned by various department heads.

· Design effectively for specific target audience.

· Must be flexible in terms of working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proof reading to produce accurate and high quality of work.

· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

|
key responsibilities
|
· Assist in both content and design of marketing collateral including printed materials, external and internal presentations and other media to develop new business for the firm
|
· Create individual graphic elements (information graphics, illustrations, etc) for marketing collaterals.
|
· Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
|
· Plans concept by studying information and materials.
|
· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
|
· Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
|
· Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing , and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
|
· Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
|
· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
|
· Sending daily/weekly reports to reporting head.
|
· Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
|
|
Desired Qualification: Associate or Graduate in Graphic Designing with Relevant Experience
|
Skills and experience:
|
· Minimum 2.5 years of experience in graphic design
|
· Experience with website designing and updates.
|
· Good working experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, HTML, CSS, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash and with Microsoft Office.
|
· Organized and detail -oriented.
|
· Ability to meet tight deadlines.
|
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
|
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at different levels and from various backgrounds.
|
· Adapt to changing priorities and environment.
|
