Summary

We are seeking a creative and fashion -forward Graphic Designer to join our in -house creative team in Bangalore. In this high -ownership role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity across our digital platforms—including the website, mobile app, social media, and marketing campaigns. You’ll translate brand strategy and emerging fashion trends into compelling, high -impact designs that captivate audiences and drive engagement. This role demands a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong grasp of digital design best practices, and the ability to deliver polished, on -brand visuals under tight deadlines. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized design institution (e.g., NID, NIFT, JJ School of Arts, Symbiosis, or equivalent)
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e -commerce environments
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, including foundational knowledge of motion design
Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, e -commerce, or lifestyle design projects
Mastery of core design principles: color theory, typography, layout, and visual composition
In -depth understanding of current fashion trends and visual storytelling techniques
Proven ability to deliver high -quality work efficiently under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Design visually striking creatives for web, mobile app, product pages, promotional banners, and seasonal campaigns
- Create dynamic social media content, including Instagram posts, stories, reels, and digital lookbooks
- Develop engaging email marketing visuals and conversion -focused campaign assets
- Build and maintain brand -aligned design systems that reflect current fashion trends and brand voice
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Content teams to ensure design supports business goals
- Uphold consistent brand standards across all digital touchpoints in alignment with brand guidelines
- Proactively monitor and integrate emerging design trends, fashion aesthetics, and digital innovation

Good to have
Experience with AI -assisted design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, or similarBasic skills in motion graphics and video editingFoundational knowledge of UI/UX principles for e -commerce platforms
