Graphic Designer - Events

• Conceptualize and design compelling visuals, including branding assets, event materials, digital and print media, and typography.
  


• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into cohesive design strategies.
  


• Present and articulate design concepts effectively, ensuring creative alignment and stakeholder approval.
  


• Maintain high design standards, quality control, and ownership of all creative outputs.
  


• Explore emerging trends, tools, and technologies to keep Éclat’s design language cutting-edge.
  


• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  


• 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
  


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.
  


• Strong understanding of brand identity, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
  


• A diverse and polished portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  


• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
