We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that elevate brand experiences across events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling, capable of transforming ideas into impactful creative assets.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to design event branding, promotional materials, social media creatives, presentations, and other marketing collateral. You will play a key role in ensuring every design aligns with brand guidelines while delivering high-quality visuals within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets including event branding, stage backdrops, marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop innovative visual concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity across all deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance creative outputs.
• Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient project execution.
• Support creative brainstorming sessions by contributing fresh ideas and innovative design solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within events, advertising, branding, marketing, or experiential industries.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with After Effects is an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, branding, and visual communication.
• Strong creativity with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Experience creating assets for both digital and print media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable visual experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
