Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and
digital campaigns, including banners, thumbnails, carousels,
infographics, and marketing creatives.

• Develop creatives for internal and external communication while
maintaining Finnovate’s brand guidelines, visual identity, typography,
and overall design consistency.

• Adapt designs into different formats and sizes as required across digital
platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand
creative requirements and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Use AI tools for image generation, ideation, creative enhancement, and
improving design workflows and turnaround time.

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and creative best
practices .

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

• Good understanding of social media design and digital content.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and working through multiple iterations.

• Creative, collaborative, and practical approach to work.

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Canva

• AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
(Alternate Saturdays are off)
