Job Description - Graphic Designer (Video + Statics)

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Onsite)

Type: Full -time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month CTC

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

âDesign social media posts, video thumbnails, decks, brochures, internal collaterals
âCollaborate with marketing, strategy & studio teams
âCreate visuals that bring healthcare narratives to life (yes, hospitals need designers too!)
âWork on static, carousel, and campaign creatives — with occasional design sprints
âEnsure consistency with brand identity while still thinking creatively
âManage file organization and delivery timelines with ease
âRecording Videos for the brands & Clients - Work with team for the high level projects
âWorking with clients on assigned projects / task
âTraining team members / staffs working with you

Requirements

â Hands -on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects(Figma is a plus)

â Good taste in typography, layouts, color, and storytelling

â Ability to handle camera, manage recordings independently and with a team

â Strong creative instincts — not just execution skills

â Ability to handle 2–3 design tasks per day with quality

â Open -minded, responsive to feedback, and eager to learn

â Bonus: Experience in healthcare, education, or personal branding industries
