Job Description - Graphic Designing

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a fresher, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic designer who thrives on innovation, attention to detail, and delivering visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life through high -quality graphics, branding materials, and digital assets. Responsibilities:

Create original and visually appealing designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, banners).
Develop brand -consistent visual content that aligns with marketing strategies and campaign goals.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely, high -quality designs.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring consistency in branding and file management.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input during concept development.
Adapt designs for various formats and screen sizes, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience.
Implement feedback from team leads and stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating proficiency).
Proficiency in industry -standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print work.
Basic knowledge of web design principles and responsive layouts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast -paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high -quality work within deadlines.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a creative, feedback -driven culture.

This is a full -time position with a competitive salary of Rs. >3 LPA.
