Growth Manager (E-commerce, D2C & Digital Marketing)

Role Purpose
Own end-to-end growth across e-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), marketplaces, performance marketing and digital
activation — driving revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value by combining data analytics, technology, marketing
automation and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Own P&L for D2C and marketplace business (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
• Develop annual growth strategy, sales forecasts and channel plans.
• Manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Amazon Ads and affiliate channels.
• Optimize website conversion rate (CRO), landing pages, UX and customer journey.
• Own CRM, marketing automation, email, WhatsApp, SMS and loyalty programs.
• Drive SEO, ASO and content strategy to improve organic traffic.
• Manage product listings, catalog, ratings, reviews and search visibility.
• Lead marketplace promotions, pricing, assortment and promotional calendar.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CLV, AOV, retention and cohort performance.
• Implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking and attribution.
• Build dashboards using GA4, Power BI / Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Work with agencies, developers and creative teams to deliver campaigns.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation for ads, creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for inventory availability and demand planning.
• Ensure data privacy, platform compliance and governance.
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team and external agencies to align campaigns and priorities.
