We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GSA - Housekeeping professional to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality service. As a GSA - Housekeeping, you'll take pride in leading housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, and delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. • Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
• Clean and prepare guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment
• Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to provide personalized touches that enhance their overall experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout your shift
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies promptly and efficiently while managing inventory levels
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department immediately and document findings accurately
• Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and health protocols while performing your duties and ensure team compliance
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements with empathy and flexibility
• Assist with laundry duties as assigned, maintaining quality standards and proper handling procedures
• Protect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with discretion and respect at all times
• Utilize property management systems and other digital tools to track tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with team members
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, guest-focused environment while meeting deadlines
• Train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members to maintain consistent service excellence and professional development
• Conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and accountability

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine commitment to guest service excellence and satisfaction
• Previous housekeeping or guest services experience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting (preferred)
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a housekeeping or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards
• Physical stamina and capability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive, inclusive team
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, safety procedures, and health regulations
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality with a demonstrated strong work ethic
• Discretion and respect for guest privacy and confidentiality in all situations
• Proficient computer skills for using property management systems and other digital tools
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies, procedures, and best practices
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges professionally, efficiently, and with resilience
• Physical fitness and good health to meet the physical demands of the role
• Inventory management skills and ability to track supplies and resources effectively
