About the Role

We are looking for a polished and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive / Receptionist to be the face of our real estate office/site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming and professional environment.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  Welcome clients, channel partners, and visitors in a professional manner

  Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records

  Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits with the sales team

  
  


• 
  

  Provide basic project information to walk-in customers

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable

  
  


• 
  

  Manage emails, couriers, and general administrative tasks

  Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  6 months – 2 years of experience as Receptionist / GRE (Real Estate preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (local language preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Presentable personality with a positive and professional attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
