As a Guidewire PC Configuration Developer - Sr. Associate, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Guidewire software solutions for the insurance industry, helping businesses streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and maintaining professional and technical standards. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Configuring Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to meet specific business requirements and workflows
- Integrating Guidewire software solutions with other systems to enable seamless data exchange and process automation
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Guidewire solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Applying software development methodologies to enhance the implementation of Guidewire solutions
- Embracing change and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in the insurance sector
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives by optimizing Guidewire software for improved operational efficiency
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on Guidewire configuration and integration tasks
- Engaging in active listening and communication to foster a collaborative team environment
- Leveraging creativity to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences in the insurance industry
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MS, BCA or equivalent) degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
