Job Description – Senior Executive – Offline Marketing
Department: Marketing & Branding Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: Real Estate (Mandatory)
Role Summary
Proactive Senior Executive – Offline Marketing to execute & coordinate offline marketing initiatives for residential and commercial projects. The role involves assisting in project launches, offline campaigns, agency coordination, and marketing activities that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Launch & Campaign Execution
•
Execute offline marketing campaigns for project campaigns
•
Coordinate launch collaterals, site branding, events, and marketing materials across project sites to support sales
•
Ensure all campaigns align with the project’s brand positioning and given timelines.
BTL, Outdoor & Event Marketing
•
Co-ordinate and execute BTL activations, exhibitions, roadshows, channel partner events, and customer engagement programs as per the marketing plan.
•
Initiate creative requirements of advertising, print and other media execution as per campaign & sales requirement.
•
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Agency, Vendor & Budget Management
•
Coordinate with creative, media, production, and event agencies for timely deliverables for campaign execution.
•
Manage internal & external stakeholders, onboarding vendors & costs supervision and billing well within marketing budgets.
•
Prepare campaign MIS, performance reports, and other initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
•
3–5 years of experience in offline marketing within the real estate industry.
•
Graduate/MBA in Marketing or a related field.
•
Experience in project launches, BTL marketing, OOH advertising, and event management.
•
Excellent agency coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and communication skills.
•
Soft skills – Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Use of AI tools like ChatGPT
