We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynaecologist to join our dynamic team within the Hospitality sector. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive women's healthcare services, ensuring the highest standards of medical care and patient satisfaction. This position plays a critical part in maintaining the health and well-being of our community, requiring a professional who can effectively manage outpatient consultations, surgical procedures, and diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough outpatient department (OPD) consultations to diagnose and treat a wide range of gynaecological conditions.
Perform essential surgical interventions and assist in operating theatre (OT) procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Utilize ultrasound (USG) technology to perform diagnostic imaging, interpret results accurately, and guide clinical decision-making.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs while maintaining detailed medical records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of treatment.
Educate patients on preventive health measures, reproductive wellness, and post-procedure care.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in gynaecology.
Proven expertise in managing outpatient department (OPD) workflows and patient interactions.
Demonstrated proficiency in operating theatre (OT) environments, including surgical assistance and procedure execution.
Strong competency in performing and interpreting ultrasound (USG) scans for diagnostic purposes.
Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
