Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage a wide range of surgical procedures including D&C, LEEP, hysterectomy, myomectomy, oophorectomy, and tubal ligation.
  
• Execute complex surgeries such as pelvic floor repairs, Cesarean sections, and normal vaginal deliveries with precision and care.
  
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive techniques like laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
  
• Conduct specialized treatments for fibroid and cyst removal, as well as manage infertility cases including IVF protocols.
  
• Perform essential diagnostic screenings such as Pap smears and colposcopy to detect early signs of gynecological conditions.
  
• Collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and clear communication.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in key gynaecological procedures including D&C, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, and Tubal Ligation.
  
• Hands-on experience or training in pelvic floor repair, Normal Vaginal Delivery, and Cesarean Section.
  
• Competence in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, along with expertise in Fibroid & Cyst Surgery.
  
• Knowledge of Infertility Management protocols, specifically IVF, and ability to perform Pap Smears and Colposcopy.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Health Care environment with 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with patients during sensitive examinations and treatments.
