As a Specialist in HCP Engagement- Payments and Invoicing, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. As a Specialist, you will leverage your technical knowledge to conduct detailed analyses and support specific projects, contributing to the team's success and delivering value to our clients.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services to optimize overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your role will involve offering guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. By taking ownership of your work and adapting to a fast-paced environment, you will consistently deliver quality results that drive value for our clients and contribute to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
-Collect or prepare supporting documentation Confirming alignment with internal finance and compliance standards
-Confirm documentation completeness and accuracy prior to submission
-Apply applicable withholding tax codes and support local tax processing requirements during
invoice preparation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients
- Implementing technology solutions and process automation to streamline operations
- Conducting operational analysis to support business performance improvements
- Providing guidance on operational excellence frameworks and solutions development
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored operational strategies
- Utilizing lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to drive cost efficiency
- Supporting project management efforts to validate timely delivery of operational solutions
- Mapping and optimizing processes to improve service operations and competitive advantage
- Applying operational support and analysis to enhance overall business performance
What You Must Have
- At least 1 year of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or payment operations
- Proficiency with Ariba, SAP, or other invoice and procurement systems
- Knowledge of PO creation, invoice matching, banking verification, and payment lifecycle management

- At least a Bachelor's degree
