Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in progressive people/organization roles.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and functional heads.
- Experience in a growing, entrepreneurial or transformation-oriented organization.
- Strong exposure to leadership development, talent management, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience in building teams and strengthening organizational capability.
- Strong recruitment and talent assessment skills.
- Experience in performance management and succession planning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on positional authority.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort using people data to make decisions.
- A practical, hands-on approach rather than a purely policy-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

Preferred

- Experience in food ingredients, food manufacturing, FMCG, foodservice, chemicals, consumer products, or another B2B manufacturing environment.
- MBA / PG qualification in HR or Organization Development.
