About the Role
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's public partnerships strategy at a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall government partnerships and alliances strategy and drive execution end-to-end.
Develop and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with government stakeholders across central and state levels.
Stay closely connected to the organisation's programs and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for collaboration and scale.
Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the organisation's values and culture.
Develop targeted messaging and engagement strategies for different categories of government stakeholders.
Balance short-term execution priorities with long-term partnership and ecosystem-building objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
Represent the organisation at relevant external forums, meetings, and ecosystem platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong passion for creating large-scale social impact.
20+ years of overall experience.
More than 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or go-to-market leadership roles.
At least 5 years of experience working closely with government stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships at senior levels.
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.
Strong learning mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Willingness to travel extensively.
