About the Role

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's public partnerships strategy at a national scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall government partnerships and alliances strategy and drive execution end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with government stakeholders across central and state levels.
• Stay closely connected to the organisation's programs and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for collaboration and scale.
• Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the organisation's values and culture.
• Develop targeted messaging and engagement strategies for different categories of government stakeholders.
• Balance short-term execution priorities with long-term partnership and ecosystem-building objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
• Represent the organisation at relevant external forums, meetings, and ecosystem platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for creating large-scale social impact.
• 20+ years of overall experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of experience working closely with government stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships at senior levels.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
