Head IP Incident Management

• Responsible to maintain PAN India IP Network under Incident
  Management activities of all the circles.
  
• Manage 24X7 INM Shift operations to handle P1 till P5
  Network incidents effectively.
  
• Working on Repetitive Fault Analysis, deriving Problem
  Management scope.
  
• Suggesting and implementing IP network design changes to
  achieve network resiliency.
  
• Monitoring IP Network Performance and maintaining Key IP
  KPIs as pre SLA.
  
• Maintaining database of IP Network Topology and Critical
  WAN/NNI link detail including transmission detail.
  
• Ensure 100% adherence to INM process, ISO 20K & ISO 27K
  certifications.
  
• Provide Necessary support to Vendor teams during consolidation
  project.
  
• Continuous focus towards process improvement through
  automation implementation.
  
• Build the most efficient team by :
  
• Enhancing Employee Engagement.
  
• Skill building.
  
• Cross domain knowledge sharing.
  
• Goals settings and reviews along with feedback.
  
• HSW awareness and regular programs.
  

Requirements

• Overall 15+ years of experience in managing telecom networks.
  
• Minimum 5 years of proficient experience in IP domain.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom service domain like
  RAN & CORE (expected).
  
• Must have strong competence level and hands -on experience of
  IP MPLS technology and IP protocol like BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VPN.
  
• Experience in handing various IP equipment like Routers,
  Switches, and Firewalls.
  
• Should have experience in managing various vendor platform
  in IP domain like Cisco, Nokia, Huawei Juniper.
  
• Must be having certification on Cisco/Juniper like
  CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JANCIP or any equivalent industrial standard certification on
  IP domain.
  
• Should have knowledge of handling NMS of IP network like
  Nokia SAM server, Huawei U2000.
  
• Strong Understanding & knowledge in network troubleshooting,
  configuration management and system integration.
  

• Masters/Bachelors in Engg (E&TC Preferred).
  
• IP -MPLS, IP protocol (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS), Quality of
  services, 2G/3G/4G technology, SDN and NFV platforms.
  
• Industry standard certifications such as
  CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIA.
  
• Should have knowledge of ITIL process
