Head: Supply Partnerships

The Supply Partnerships Head will be part of the core team that worls directly with the founding team, handling end to end ownership of the Supplier Portfolio (travel partners and their holiday packages) 

Job Responsibilities

-          Identify and on-board key suppliers - tour operators and destination management companies. You will be expected to pitch to the CEO/MD/Director of Large Travel Companies

-          Build and Maintain a strong working relationships with supply stakeholders

-          Liaise with the tour operator team to get good quality holiday packages on the platform

-          Institutionalize service delivery norms and processes with supply partners

-          Impart necessary training to partners on these norms and how to use TripShelf

-          Represent TripShelf in nation-wide travel events, roadshows and conferences

-          Work with the product team to create a great user experience for packages

-          Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns to generate customer requests

-          You will be reporting to the Director (Supply) and have a team of 2 Executives

-          Design and run innovative promotions  for tour operators

-          Your target will be defined by targeted suppliers on-boarded, unique packages uploaded, effective handling of customer queries by suppliers and relationships with suppliers

Job Requirements

-          2-5 Years Work Experience in start-ups, consulting or business development roles. Travel Industry experience is a plus

-          Excellent lead generation, negotiation, client management and relationship building skills

-          Strong oral and written communication skills

-          Hustle and get things done attitude

-          Leadership skills to mentor and manage a team

-          Undergrad Degree from a Tier 1 College/University 

Compensation & Perks

-          Salary Range – INR 5 - 8 L p.a.; ESOP - 0.25- 1 % equity based on performance
