As a Bid Ops Monitoring Specialist on the Bid Operations team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll play a vital role in monitoring the health and performance of revenue-generating products and services to ensure platform stability and business continuity. You’ll proactively identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of operational issues before they impact customers or revenue. By partnering across engineering and business teams, you’ll help maintain operational excellence and drive continuous improvements in monitoring and incident response.
