Virtual/Tele Sales Channel

Job Role : Individual Role, Sales and Marketing.

Job Scope : To sell Health Insurance Products to customers via different channels or methods.

Agency Channel :
The candidate needs to find and connect with different insurance agents of the region assigned.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the insurance agents.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet the insurance agents & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.

Banca / Bancaassurance Channel :
Bancassurance is a partnership between a bank and an insurance company, where the bank uses its distribution channels (branches, websites, mobile apps, and staff) to sell insurance products to its customers.
The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under different Branches of the Bank.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the bank.
80% Indoor Sales Role in the branch of the Bank & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer.

Direct Channel :
The Candidate will receive leads from the company and generate own leads from open market and referrals.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet assigned customers & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.

Virtual / Tele Sales Channel :
A virtual tele sales channel is a sales and distribution method where insurance products are sold remotely using phone and digital tools, instead of face -to -face meetings. The candidate will sit in a remote sales setup where he needs to talk to customers over the phone (and sometimes video) to explain, recommend, and sell insurance policies. He will also be using Telephones & Digital platforms such as CRM systems, video calls, e -signatures, online payments etc to complete the sales process.
80% Indoor Sales Role in the virtual set up & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer.

Requirements

Education : Any Graduate
Gender : Male / Female can be Hired.
Age : Maximum 35 years for Male candidates and 38 years for Female candidates
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in current employment, or at least 6 months.
2–5 years of sales experience in BFSI/Pharma/FMCG industry
Agency channel experience is mandatory for SAM
Notice Period : Maximum 30 Days, Candidates with a notice period exceeding 30 days will not be considered.
Employment Gap : Immediate joiners with an employment gap of up to 3 months can be considered, subject to interview performance.
Performance Criteria : Candidate must have earned incentives over the last 6 months.
Conveyance : Must have own conveyance with valid driving license.
Attributes : Excellent communication and relationship -building skills.
Documents : All necessary and relevant experience documents must be in place.
Stability : Localite with stable track record (Should be associated for at least 1 year with current company).


Benefits

Yearly Basic Salary / CTC : Between Rs 3LPA to 4LPA
Additional Benefits : Incentives + Allowances + Bonuses
