Healthcare Account Executive

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling healthcare technology innovator operating across India, we empower providers, payers, and pharma companies with AI-driven patient engagement, telehealth, and revenue cycle solutions. Our mission is to modernize healthcare delivery through scalable SaaS platforms—helping clients improve outcomes, reduce costs, and grow sustainably. We’re scaling our sales team to drive enterprise adoption across hospitals, clinics, and insurance firms nationwide. Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals with hospitals, diagnostic chains, and health insurers across tier 1–3 cities in India.


• Own full sales cycle—from cold outreach and discovery calls to solution demo, negotiation, and contract signing—with a focus on SaaS-based healthcare platforms.


• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to tailor value propositions and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.


• Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline using CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), track KPIs weekly, and consistently exceed quarterly targets.


• Represent Mindtel at industry events, webinars, and healthtech conferences to expand brand visibility and generate warm leads.


• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to Product and Marketing to refine GTM strategy.
