About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a fast-scaling Healthtech startup focused on making healthcare accessible, personalized, and proactive through digital-first solutions. We’re building AI-powered tools that connect patients, providers, and caregivers — and we need a dynamic Social Media Manager to humanize our brand, amplify patient stories, and drive community-led growth across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube to build Mindtel’s brand as a trusted Healthtech leader in India.


• Create high-impact, platform-optimized content — from short-form videos to patient testimonials, myth-busting reels, and caregiver Q&As — that drives awareness, trust, and app sign-ups.


• Collaborate with product, UX, and clinical teams to translate complex health tech features into simple, relatable social narratives.


• Monitor social sentiment, track engagement KPIs, and optimize content calendars using analytics from native platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite.


• Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships with doctors, nutritionists, mental health advocates, and micro-influencers across tier 1-3 cities.


• Lead real-time crisis communication and brand advocacy during public health conversations or product launches — always with empathy, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)


• Content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush)


• Healthtech or healthcare communication experience


• Video storytelling for short-form platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)


• Social listening and sentiment analysis


• Community moderation and influencer outreach

Preferred

• Experience with UGC (user-generated content) campaigns in healthcare


• Basic understanding of HIPAA/medical compliance guidelines for social content


• Fluency in regional Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali)
