Job Description – Assistant Manager – Training

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Training with strong hands-on experience in QSR / Food & Beverage training. The role will focus on training restaurant teams, ensuring SOP compliance, conducting assessments, and supporting new outlet openings and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher and skill-development training.
  
• Train restaurant teams on QSR operations, SOPs, customer service, food safety, hygiene and product knowledge.
  
• Develop training content, manuals, presentations, assessments and SOP modules.
  
• Conduct practical and on-the-job training across outlets.
  
• Identify training needs based on performance and operational gaps.
  
• Coordinate with Operations, HR and Outlet Managers for training schedules.
  
• Conduct skill assessments, training evaluations and outlet training audits.
  
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches and operational transitions.
  
• Coach managers, supervisors and internal trainers.
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in QSR Training – Mandatory.
  
• Experience in QSR / Food & Beverage industry – Mandatory.
  
• Exposure to multi-outlet restaurant operations preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
  
• Strong understanding of frontline restaurant training and operational SOPs.
  
• Willingness to travel across outlets for training, assessments and audits.
  
• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, HR, Training & Development, or related field.
