*Summary:*

*Responsibilities:* 

- Plan, develop, and deliver age -appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for Grades 1–5. 

- Implement interactive and inclusive teaching methodologies to support diverse learning styles. 

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and record -keeping. 

- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and respect. 

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development and school initiatives. 

- Organize and conduct classroom activities, including art, music, storytelling, and physical education as part of holistic development. 

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, grades, and student behavior. 

- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. 

- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs, including those with learning differences. 

*Requirements:* 

- Graduate in any discipline with a valid B.Ed qualification from a recognized university. 

- Strong foundational knowledge of primary -level curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/state board). 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. 

- Passion for teaching and working with children in the age group of 6–11 years. 

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team -oriented school environment. 

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for teaching and documentation.
