Job Description: Job Title: Branch Manager – Home Loans - Bangalore

Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

* Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s
* Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors
* Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
* Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
* Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
