Job Details:

Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Days: 5 days per week
Week Offs: 2 days per week
Leave Cycle: 30 days after completing every 12th month
Job Profile: Vehicle Sales
Candidate Profile: Product Consultant with 2 years of automobile sales experience

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits.
Maintain up -to -date knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Represent the brand professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.

Requirements

MBA or B. Tech degree (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales, with exposure to premium brands highly preferred
Age below 25 years
Proven track record in sales performance and customer satisfaction
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment with a results -driven mindset
