Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Support Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our liquid packaging machines post-sales, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing issues related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of liquid packaging machines.
• FAT
• Customer Training: Train clients on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of the machines, enhancing their understanding and maximizing equipment efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed service reports, document issues and resolutions, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product development team to drive continuous improvement in machine design and functionality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales support, maintenance, or a similar role within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly in the context of packaging machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to mechanical systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Need to travel as required to client sites
