Hiring Immediately Diploma Programme Biology Teacher For An IB School Located In Kunkni, Surat 395005

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme Biology curriculum.
Create an inquiry -driven classroom environment that promotes conceptual understanding and student -led learning.
Design and assess formative and summative tasks in accordance with IB assessment criteria.
Guide students in planning and executing their Internal Assessments (IAs), Extended Essays (EE), and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) where applicable.
Integrate technology, experiments, and cross -disciplinary learning in classroom instruction.
Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.
Provide academic mentorship and pastoral care to students.
Participate in curriculum review, collaborative planning, and IB training workshops.
Contribute to school -wide initiatives, events, and professional development activities.
Uphold the school’s values of integrity, respect, and lifelong learning in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Proficient in integrating digital tools and online learning platforms.
Passion for inquiry -based education and student -centered pedagogy.

Grades: Diploma Programme (Grades 11 & 12)

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday | 7:40 AM – 3:45 PM

(Occasional extended hours may be required based on school needs)

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month
