Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Engineer with 5+ years of hands -on experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and SPFx development. This role is critical to the design, implementation, and ongoing management of modern collaboration platforms across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end -to -end administration, customization, automation, and migration of M365 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal user experience. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation by delivering robust, secure, and high -performing solutions that align with business objectives. Your expertise in SPFx, content migration (ShareGate), workflow automation, and governance will directly impact platform stability and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including team sites, communication sites, site collections, permissions, and hub site architecture.
Develop and deploy custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including web parts, extensions, and UI customizations with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Implement advanced customizations using JSON formatting, PnP PowerShell, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API.
Administer and optimize OneDrive for Business, including sync troubleshooting, sharing policies, retention, compliance, and user adoption strategies.
Oversee Microsoft Teams lifecycle management, governance, guest access, channel configurations, app integrations, and alignment with SharePoint and Power Automate.
Lead content migration projects using ShareGate, including pre -migration assessments, data mapping, cleanup, testing, validation, and post -migration reporting.
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows in Power Automate to streamline business processes across SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other M365 services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to pages, lists, workflows, web parts, integrations, Teams functionality, and flow failures.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams using Jira for sprint planning, task tracking, bug resolution, and status reporting.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards across all M365 platforms.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with deep expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Proven experience in SPFx development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and Graph API.
Hands -on experience with ShareGate or equivalent tools for content migration and data governance.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
Strong proficiency with SharePoint REST API, Microsoft Graph API, and PnP PowerShell for automation and management.
In -depth understanding of M365 permissions models, security policies, governance frameworks, and admin center operations.
Experience with Azure AD integration, app registrations, and authentication flows (e.g., OAuth, delegated permissions).
Familiarity with Jira for project management, sprint tracking, and collaborative workflow execution.
Ability to operate effectively within a 24/7 support environment when required.
Strong problem -solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high -quality, scalable solutions.
