Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Professional to drive sales and business development for Polyurethane (PU) Foam Systems, with a primary focus on Rigid PU applications.

The candidate should have strong technical sales experience and exposure to industries such as construction, refrigeration, automotive, furniture, footwear, and insulation applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales and business development for Rigid and Flexible PU Foam Systems.
  
• Develop business across applications such as construction waterproofing, refrigeration, insulated products, automotive, furniture, thermoware, and footwear.
  
• Identify new customers, business opportunities, and emerging market segments.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PU system solutions.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
  
• Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and customer relationships.
  
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
  
• Handle quality-related customer concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
  
• Travel across the Delhi NCR territory for customer meetings and business development.
