Job Description – Staff Nurse – ICU

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care in Neuro, Cardiac, and Multidisciplinary ICUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and continuous monitoring of ICU patients.
  
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  
• Follow ICU, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.
  
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for patient care.
  
• Ensure proper handling of ICU equipment and maintain a safe environment.
  

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
  
• 1–3 years of ICU experience, preferably in Neuro, Cardiac, or Multidisciplinary ICU.
  
• Good clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a critical-care environment.
