Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of an upcoming flagship retail store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in retail sales, store operations, team management, customer experience, and achieving business targets.

Candidates from all retail categories are welcome to apply. However, candidates with experience in Luggage Retail will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the retail store.
  
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
  
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the store sales team.
  
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.
  
• Monitor key store KPIs, including sales, conversion, footfall, average bill value, and team productivity.
  
• Manage staff rostering, attendance, performance, and discipline.
  
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines.
  
• Oversee inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and stock movement.
  
• Minimize stock loss and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  
• Prepare and share regular sales and store performance reports with management.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 8–15 years of experience in retail store sales and operations.
  
• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Senior Store Manager / Retail Store Manager.
  
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  
• Candidates from any retail category may apply, except Luggage Retail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• English proficiency is mandatory.
  
• Strong leadership, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
