Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Staff / Retail Sales Associates for a retail store in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have 3–8 years of experience in retail store sales, preferably in Lifestyle Retail, Footwear, Shoes, Garments, Apparel, Fashion, or Clothing Retail.

Candidates must have strong sales and customer handling skills and be comfortable working in a customer-facing, target-driven retail environment.

Note: Candidates from Luggage Retail will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience.
  
• Drive retail sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  
• Maintain strong product knowledge and effectively explain product features and benefits.
  
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and presentation of products.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
  
• Support inventory handling, stock replenishment, and stock management.
  
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
  
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3–8 years of experience in Retail Store Sales.
  
• Experience in Lifestyle Retail, Footwear, Shoes, Garments, Apparel, Fashion, or Clothing Retail is preferred.
  
• Candidates from Luggage Retail will not be considered.
  
• Strong sales, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient English communication is mandatory.
  
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail store environment.
  
• Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-facing role.
  
• Good presentation and grooming.
