Head of Client Servicing (Exhibitions/Events)

Design Desk is a leading international Exhibition designing agency dedicated to providing exceptional design solutions for exhibitions and events at 45+ countries. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and client satisfaction, we strive to deliver unparalleled experiences that exceed expectations.

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with exceptional business acumen to lead our Client Servicing Team as the Head of Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellence in client management and possess a deep understanding of the exhibitions and events industry.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster lasting client relationships while ensuring meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company.

 

This role would entail leading a team of 6+ executives, engaging with Marketing Heads, Directors, Sr Managers at top corporates & semi-corporates & responsible for a gross annual revenue of nearly 30 Cr.

 

The Head of Client Servicing will play a crucial role in driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining a client-centric approach across all activities.

 

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of client servicing professionals to ensure high performance, motivation, and career growth.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.

Business Development: Identify and nurture new opportunities to expand the client base.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Process Adherence: Ensure meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality in the team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.

Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor team performance, client satisfaction, and project profitability.

 

Requirements:

·         Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·         Proven experience in client servicing or account management roles within the exhibitions, events, or advertising industry.

·         Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process orientation.

·         Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.

·         Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business plans.

·         Proficiency in project management concepts

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

·         Willingness to travel globally as required for client meetings, industry events, and project installations.

·         Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

·         Creative problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
