HOMEROOM ETIQUETTE TEACHER - Primary Campus 26 -27

A person who chooses teaching as a career, assumes the obligation to conduct himself / herself always in accordance with the highest standards of the teaching profession, aiming at quality and excellence in his / her work. A Teacher with his / her example, should command the respect of the pupils, parents & colleagues.

Teachers will work in collaboration with the HODs, Principal and academic team  to provide pedagogical and Academic leadership based on the beliefs and set standards of the self leaning by covering the CBSE Curriculum within the context of the mission and values of the Nalanda Vidyaniketan.

Responsible for fulfilling the vision of the school, promoting overall campus Academic direction,by supporting in promoting the image, culture and reputation of the school without any academic gaps.

Strengthens the teaching standards by promoting best classroom management programs/safety/care/control by identifying individual student strengths and weaknesses. Collaborating these issues with the PCs, HOD, Academic Team and Principal to create better learning outcomes in the classes.

A Teacher must be a person with excellent communication and candidates eager to learn the subject.
