Hospital Administrator cum Business Manager Ayurveda Hospital (Ranikhet, Uttarakhand)

Our client, a reputed Ayurveda & Panchakarma hospital in Ranikhet, Uttarakhand, is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead revenue expansion and referral outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the hospital’s sales pipeline—OPD/IPD packages, wellness retreats, and medical tourism leads
  

• Craft and execute 360° marketing plans (digital, doctor outreach, travel-partner tie-ups)
  

• Build and mentor an in-house sales & marketing team; set KPIs and incentive structures
  

• Develop referral networks with clinics, corporates, TPA/insurance panels, and tour operators
  

• Track ROI through CRM dashboards; present monthly growth reports to management
  

Ideal Profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness-retreat, or hotel-sales domains
  

• Strong mix of digital marketing know-how (SEO, social, PPC) and traditional field-sales skills
  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; comfortable with target ownership
  

• Willingness to relocate to Ranikhet and thrive in an on-site, fast-growing environment
