Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties
  

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back -of -house
  

• Inspect rooms and areas to maintain hotel quality standards
  

• Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures
  

• Monitor inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
  

• Coordinate with front office for room readiness and occupancy
  

• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping -related issues
  

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
