Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our hospital team, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. This position is critical for managing the complexities of healthcare staffing, from verifying professional credentials to optimizing workforce capacity. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between administrative strategy and frontline needs, ensuring that our facility is always adequately staffed with qualified personnel to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Oversee the verification and validation of professional licenses, certifications, and educational backgrounds to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.
Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives to maintain optimal staffing levels while prioritizing patient safety and operational efficiency.
Lead specialized recruitment efforts tailored to the unique demands of the healthcare sector, focusing on attracting top-tier clinical and administrative talent.
Manage and leverage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records, generate data-driven reports, and support decision-making processes.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
Proven expertise in credentialing processes and maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
Strong background in workforce planning and strategies for ensuring safe, effective staffing levels.
Demonstrated success in specialized recruitment, particularly for hard-to-fill healthcare roles.
Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and data management tools for tracking metrics and reporting.
