HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing
end -to -end human resource operations for Skylok Aviation, supporting
organisational growth while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws,
aviation regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  end -to -end recruitment for technical and non -technical aviation roles
  
• Coordinate
  onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
  
• Implement
  and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  
• Manage
  employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  
• Support
  performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
  
• Ensure
  statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc., as
  applicable)
  
• Support
  DGCA -related documentation and background verification for nominated post
  holders
  
• Act as
  a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and HR queries
  
• Coordinate
  training, compliance briefings, and internal audits when required
  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in
  all HR matters
  

Requirements

• Graduate
  / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  
• Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience in HR operations or HR business
  partnering
  
• Experience
  in Aviation / FTO / Regulated Industry preferred
