Job Description - HR Executive

Inhouse Non IT Recruitment.

Coordinating with respective departments for understanding their requirements & sourcing candidates accordingly.

Source potential candidates from various online portals.

Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in -person)

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Assisting HR Manager in day to day HR operational work.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
Experience with sourcing techniques.
