· Manage employee engagement, employee relations, and resolve employee queries effectively
· Handle payroll processing accurately and address payroll -related issues
· Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, PT, and Gratuity
· Maintain and update HR records, employee master data, attendance, and leave management systems
· Prepare and issue HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
· Generate HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports using Excel
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required
· Ensure confidentiality of employee data and compliance with company policies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance
· Advanced Excel skills for HR reporting and data analysis
· High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
· Hands -on experience or working knowledge of GreytHR (preferred/advantage)
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
· Willingness to work night shifts
· Strong interpersonal and problem -solving skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast -paced HR environment
· Preferred education is MBA Business Administration (HR)
