Job Title: HR - Executive

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and prepare job postings.
  

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  

• Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly.
  

• Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation.
  

• Support end -to -end recruitment activities.
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  

• Minimum 70% throughout academics.
  

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
  

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  

Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication.
  

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  

• Team player with a proactive approach.
