· Human Resource Management:
· Manage recruitment and
onboarding processes end -to -end.

· Strong communication,
interpersonal, and documentation skills.
· Languages must know are Hindi ,
English and Bengali.
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel,
and HRMS tools.
· Experience in retail or
multi -location workforce preferred.
· Self -driven and organized with
the ability to multitask.
